Open AI Therapist from your dashboard and start typing. It can help you reflect on stress, relationships, difficult emotions, and next steps. It is not emergency care or a substitute for a licensed clinician.
To reset your password:
Reset links expire after 24 hours for security.
Go to Settings > Account > Email. Enter your new email address and confirm with your current password. You'll receive a verification email at your new address.
We're sad to see you go, but you can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data. If you're having issues, please contact support first - we'd love to help.
Our EMDR feature uses bilateral stimulation (visual, auditory, or haptic) to help process difficult memories. Go to Therapy > EMDR, choose your stimulation type, and follow the guided session. Sessions typically last 15-30 minutes.
Mood tracking is available from your dashboard. Click the mood check-in prompt and select how you're feeling. You can add notes and track factors like sleep, exercise, and social interaction. View your mood history in Analytics.
When saved context is available, the AI therapist can use prior conversation themes to make support more continuous. You can manage your account data from settings, and our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime, and your data will be preserved.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. We never sell your personal information or consumer health data. Some features require processing by service providers, AI vendors, or assigned support/manager staff as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a written contract, Habit of Living is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Wellness information may still be sensitive or consumer health data under other privacy laws, and our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect it.
Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Export Data. You can download all your conversations, journal entries, mood logs, and other personal data in JSON format.
